Rio Salado's Air Rifle Club is currently by invitation only, after meeting qualifications in our Smallbore Division we select dedicated Juniors to develop precision skills. Each year our Team of Air Rifle competitors strive to qualify for an invitation to compete in the National Junior Olympic Shooting Championship held at the Olympic Training Center, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Air Rifle Shooting is the most popular and fastest growing form of shooting sports competition for youth of high school age or younger. Competitors fire at targets at a distance of 10 meters. Rio Salado has 10 lanes of SIUS Electronic Scoring Systems and 14 Lanes of single bull target carriers.
